AFFIDAVIT
Jerry Grenman, having been duly sworn, states as follows:
That he was chairman of the Powell Township Planning Commission in 1994.
That he is familiar with the current Lighthouse III, Inc. proposal to secure a Conditional Use Permit to establish a 12 unit condominium adjacent to Elayne Shelton’s property.
That the LS/R zoning district, when Powell Township established its own zoning ordinance, extended southward to the approximate center of the current Lighthouse III, Inc. property.
That he is familiar with the township zoning map that was created with the establishment of township zoning, and that the township zoning map signed by Eric Brandon accurately reflects the boundaries of the LS/R district at that time in the area now under consideration for the condominium proposal.
